ElectroFlow™ is our leading energy saving and power conditioning system. It is the culmination of years of technological assessment, design, modeling and testing.
It is an integrated system equipped with a microprocessor based Regulator, which monitors Voltage, Current, Power Factor, and Current Threshold. at the rate of 3840-15360 samples per second.
It consists of multi-stage LRC circuits which are activated, according to the preset designed parameters, and the Ladder Logic Principle.
It can be designed for three-phase applications at Low, Medium, and High Voltages ranging from 208V to 345KV, as well as various international line frequencies.
It is CE certified, installed in parallel, and is failsafe
The system has three levels of impedance: lower than, equal to load and greater than load. Under Kirchoffs law, the low impedance introduces a path of least resistance to filter surges, transients and spikes. The load-equal impedance enables correction of imbalanced conditions, and the higher impedance enables the system to stabilise voltage. In this way ElectroFlow™ can correct multiple problems at once.
Each system is optimised to deliver across six core technology areas:
- Voltage Improvement and Stability
Improves and stabilises the voltage supplied to the load, minimising heat generation, resulting in energy savings, improved production, and increased equipment efficiency and longevity.
- Three Phase Balancing
Real-time reduction of phase current and balancing of load over the three phases, based on X/R and Z. This reduces negative voltage sequence and circulating currents, resulting in energy savings and reduced equipment maintenance and failure.
- Surge and Transient Suppression
Shields against an infinite number of surges, transients, and spikes, thereby protecting your investment in plant and equipment, while saving money.
- Broadband Harmonics Mitigation
Filters broadband harmonics, resulting in an increased equipment longevity while proportionally reducing the effects of harmonics on monthly electric bills.
- Power Factor Improvement
Optimises system power factor to a nominal .95 to unity, without the damaging side-effects characteristic of power factor correction capacitors.
- Capacity Release
By reducing real, apparent and reactive power, ElectroFlow™ allows loads to be added without increasing the size of transformers and associated switchgear.
Reliability
Globally the ElectroFlow™ system has proven consistently reliable. The system has a 12 month warranty, which can be augmented with a selection of maintenance and service packages.
